We do not make any guarantees that you will make the income specified in our adverts, income figures quoted is the potential income a seller can generate, based upon our estimates of earnings, which are derived from previous and historical actual earnings statements. It is the responsibility of the owner of the website to work on the website and complete the Tenretni training schedule in order to generate income within the specified time.
However, nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The website and training package you purchase is charged as follows; the website will have a nominal value of £99.00 .The value of the intellectual property rights , unlimited training and support package is the difference between £99.00 and your purchase price. You agree that upon purchase that you are purchasing intellectual property rights that Tenretni Ltd permit you to use without restriction. You are purchasing a website that you will opertae without restriction. Tenretni Ltd agree to provide a minimum of 12 months support which will include , registration of a chosen domain name and host the website free of charge ; hosting is currently provided free of charge and although there are currently no plans to make a charge for hosting , we reserve the right to make a nominal charge for this service at a future time. If you are asked to pay a charge for hosting you will have the right to transfer your domain to a different hosting provider. Tenretni Ltd will pay for the first year domain name registration after that it is your responsibility to ensure that your domain name is current and to pay the annual registration fee to the registrar or the registrars agent . Tenretni Ltd also promise to ensure that your website is coded with your affiliate ID's , but it is your responsibility to periodically make checks to ensure affiliate ID's are correct and to notify Tenretni Ltd of any errors; you will be trained in recognising affiliate ID's. Tenretni Ltd will train you in internet marketing skills, and if desired basic website programming techniques and to customise your website to your specifications . To ensure your continued development you will be assigned a mentor who will be available for at least 2 hours per week, reducing to 1 hour per week after 6 months. The mentor will be skilled in the area of internet marketing appropriate for your level of skills at the time. Support is unlimited and telephone , email and ticket support will be available after the initial 12 months period. Tenretni Ltd will terminate hosting of any website that is deemed to be offensive to any group or individual. Tenretni Ltd are not liable for the interruption of service if due to a third parties actions.

We may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
(8) Entire agreement
These terms and conditions , together with our privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our website and or listings including any purchases you have made or will make, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of our listings/websites.

We offer refunds on products, if , within 90 days you have failed to generate income and you have complied with all of our terms and conditions, the refund amount will be the full value of the website only.
